Founder & Principal Consultant
With a decade of experience in organizational development and change management and a MA in Organizational Psychology, our founder has partnered with nonprofits, government entities, healthcare agencies, and enterprises across the globe. Aims is a Principal Consultant specializing in organizational transformation, talent and leadership development, executive coaching, training & facilitation, and culture change. With executive level experience leading complex programs and strategic initiatives, they partner with organizations to translate ambitious goals into practical, people-centered solutions. Their work combines evidence-based practice, clear stakeholder communication, and disciplined program design to strengthen leadership capability, build resilient teams, and deliver measurable, sustainable change.
